After careful review of the FCRA, FDCPA protections for consumers, early warning services is in direct violation of Title 15 UCS 1681b ( 1 ) ( 2 ) PERMISSIBLE PURPOSES. EARLY WARNING SERVICES DOES NOT HAVE A FEDERAL COURT ORDER, OR WRITTEN PERMISSION FROM THE CONSUMER TO HAVE SUCH REPORT COMPLIED AGAINST CONSUMER. EARLY WARNING SERCIVES HAVE VIOLATED PRIVACY LAWS IN REGARDS TO CONSUMER PRIVACY. EARLY WARNING SERVICES HAS AN AGREEMENT WITH THE INDIVIUAL BANKING INSTITUTIONS BUT NOT WITH CONSUMER. CONSUMER HAS NOT GIVEN AUTHORITY TO ANY BANKING INSTITUTIONS TO DISCLOSE ANY OF MY CONSUMER DATA. ACCORDING TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND AGREEMENTS CONSUMER MADE WITH XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX ( CLOSED ) AND XXXX XXXX STATES ALL CONSUMER INFORMATION IS PROTECTED AND WILL NOT BE GIVEN TO THIRD PARTYS.
