Dear Sir/ Madam, I have a loan borrow with Net Credit in XX/XX/XXXX, I made regular payments to this company until XX/XX/XXXX, ( Payment has been made totally 18 months, set up auto electronic payment every other week, total {$130.00} each month. My borrowed amount is {$2500.00} ( XXXX XXXX ) My total payment to Net Credit {$2000.00} ( XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX ) My balance in XX/XX/XXXX was {$3100.00} ( this is not fair ) In XXXX, Net Credit told me my Balance was {$3100.00}, so I stop paying to this loan shark company, and have a law office named XXXX XXXX to write them an offer of {$300.00} to settle the case, but Net Credit refused, I called them few times but they refused my offer but have no resolution to me and keep emailing me ( every 2 weeks ) and charging me with unknown charges!!!! The mail from this week saying that I owed them already over {$900.00} I hope your office can help and advice Sincerely XXXX XXXX XXXX
