To whom it may concern : I submitted two dispute letters certified mail acting in good faith, showing delivered on XX/XX/XXXX, and the other on XX/XX/XXXX. I am disputing four derogatory remarks on my credit report that are inaccurate, fraudulent, invalidated, unverifiable and accounts that were open and compromised due to Identity Theft. I was a victim of Identity Theft in XXXX and XXXX. I sent Transunion and XXXX a validation of debt letter, police report and I also requested how did they verify any debt belongs to me. Not only did they fail to provide to me how they validated the debt. They also failed to provide me how they verified the debt. It's been over 45 days with no results. I reached out directly to all of the CREDITORS involved in the dispute regarding these accounts and they have all failed to validate or verify any debt as accurate and failed to provide me with proof of my signature. Please explain to me how can you validate any debt when the creditor has failed to validate any debt? Not only did Transunion and XXXX and the Creditors break many laws, they are reporting inaccurate information and not living up to its rightful duty to report accurate information and serve the consumer justly. Please DELETE and remove these accounts from my credit report immediately. This is frustrating and you are giving me a hard time and breaking laws and subject to Civil liability. Im acting in good faith once again. Ive attached all the supporting documents : FTC Report, Police Report, Receipts of letters, Receipts of letters delivered successfully.
