I have sent more than 5 letters to XXXX and all 3 credit companies asking to remove a debit that is not mine. XXXX has sent me copies of bills as validation of a debit that I never had. The signature is not mine. I'm a male and the copy of the signature is of a female and not even close to the spelling of my name. Each time I dispute the collection each credit company says XXXX has certified that it's mine and they keep reporting it. I am sending the same proof I've sent to all 3 companies to show this is not my debit. So how could it be certified?
