To Whom it may concern : I submitted three dispute letters certified mail acting in good faith, showing delivered on XX/XX/XXXX and another one on XX/XX/XXXX. I disputed this account and the inaccuracy of this fraudulent account on my credit report. I asked Wells Fargo for my verified signature and how they validated this fraudulent account and all the corresponding information. No response for the second and third round of letters. I asked them to investigate this account and to delete immediately from my credit report. It's been over 45 days with no results or response. I also uploaded documents of my police report from XXXX and drivers license confirming my identity. I have been a victim of Identity theft twice in XXXX and XXXX. I did not consent to, authorize nor benefit from the following account. Please block and remove from my credit report. They have violated multiple laws and I would like for this to be resolved immediately. Please see attached a copy of all of my supporting documents. This is very Frustrating.
