Hello I am writing this complaint because I Have reached out to ACCOUNT RESOLUTION SERVICES with a Debit Validation Letter on XX/XX/2020 asking for What the money you say I owe is for ; Explain and show me how you calculated what you say I owe ; Provide me with copies of any papers that show I agreed to pay what you say I owe ; Date of alleged services List of services/procedures performed Provide a verification or copy of any judgment if applicable ; Identify the original creditor ; Provide a copy of my signature from the provider showing my request to release information to you Prove the Statute of Limitations has not expired on this account ; Show me that you are licensed to collect in my state ; and Provide me with your license numbers and Registered Agent. the letter was Delivered : Wed, XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX XXXX. the sent me a letter in Letter some time in the beginning of XXXX with a bill attach witch is not wat i asked for so i sent them a Failure to Validate letter asking them to provide me with This letter will AGAIN request that you follow the FDCPA and please provide -Proof of your right to own/collect this alleged debt -Balance claimed including all fees, interest and penalties -Contract bearing my personal signature I expect to receive the proof requested above within 15 days of this letter. it has now been well over 15 days and still this company has not taken this debit off my credit. attached will be sample copies of what I sent them to comply!
