under the fair credit reporting i have a right to all my documentation, all print outs of the dates and times i was at the facility and a print out of all my signatures and dates that i signed paper work. i have a right to all and any information with my information on it. the company sent a itemized report. i requested actual documentation with my signature on it. i have not received this. I also under COVID am under a financial strain, im currently on XXXX, and have been per the past year on unemployment and food stamps which i am unable to pay them under financial hardship my rights under the fair credit act is to have this debt relinquished. again i want proop of actual documents with my info my signatures and dates. a itemized list i can make up my self. i have a right to receive all documentations of a loan a company is trying to collect. also again under covid and government assistance i am freed from the debt under COVID. under the fair credit act a company has 3 months to collect a debt after that that is when they report it to your credit. XXXX is way off from their so called XXXX so called i was seen. also they have been removed from the bruearus and then re submitted in XXXX to replace themselves back on my report which is illegal and again against the fair credit act. i want actual proof not itemized list. i requested this several times and i get nothing. they are going around the law and ielgally trying to collect a debt. they actually were under a diffrent credit collection agency name. i will have to go locate my file in storage and pull it out and i will submit that
