I received a call from a company called Hunter Warfield stating that I owe {$26000.00} for breaking my lease at a rental property called XXXX XXXX in XXXX, Ga. The rental approval went through a company called XXXX XXXX in XXXX of XXXX. Im just being made aware of this issue in XXXX of XXXX. I never received a bill from anyone. I spoke with both Hunter Warfield and XXXX XXXX regarding this fraudulent matter. Both advised me to submit a complaint to the FTC, obtain a police report, and submit a notarized affidavit. Attached are the copies of these documents. I have not heard back from anyone yet. Lastly, once this situation is cleared, I would like my name removed from any rental listings that might state I have a bad history for renting. I would eventually like to move and I dj t want a negligent rental history on my record.
