I have previously disputed this account with the bureaus and each time the investigation came back as 'verified '. I decided to go directly to the creditor reporting and dispute with them. The creditor was not able to provide any form of documentation to verify this specific account with me. If they are not able to verify this account with me - the alleged account holder - there is no way the bureaus were able to verify this! I'm invoking my rights as a consumer under Federal Law and the bureaus are choosing to blatantly just ignore me.
