To Whom It May Concern I have a hard inquiry on all three of my personal credit reports that was nor authorized by me and is clearly fraudulent. The company name is : XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX CA XXXX. In my personal statement included in my credit report, it clearly states that I am a victim of identity theft and that I am to be contacted personally before any activity of any kind takes place including my personal credit being accessed. My credit report has been placed under a credit freeze for this exact reason. I never have done any business with this company of any kind. This is clearly fraud.
