XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, OH XXXX DOB XXXX SS XXXX I was recently in the hospital for major XXXX on my XXXX a year ago. I just now have got back to work. I discovered that my credit file has over 72 inquires for transactions that were never authorized by me. I have only XXXX XXXX as my only business dealings. I would never run my credit 72 times that is insane and unnecessary.
