My payment is due to XXXX XXXX XXXX on the XXXX of each month. My report states that my account is 30 days late when it is not. Today is XX/XX/2021. From the XXXX of last month to the XXXX of this month is only 13 days. My payment is scheduled to come out on my bank account on XX/XX/2021. Even so, that is 18 days and not 30. This inaccuracy took 94 points off my credit report and to be completely honest, I am thinking to get rid of this loan and refinance with another company. This is fraudulent. The date that is showing when they reported was XX/XX/2021. Even so, the XXXX to now is 6 days including Saturday and Sunday. I filed additional complaints with other places including this bank also lying on my auto loan application about my finances and bills. Most of that information is also incorrect.
