As a consumer of the United States, I sent Experian a formal complaint on XX/XX/21 about inaccurate and fraudulent information on my credit report that does not belong to me. I specifically listed their failure to maintain reasonable procedures in their operations to assure maximum possible accuracy in the credit report they publish. I also informed them that it is their responsibility to report only 100 % accurate information. I asked for a reinvestigation on 5 accounts. According to the FCRA, section 609 ( A ) ( 1 ) ( A ), they are required by federal law to verify, through the physical verification of the original signed consumer contract, any and all accounts that they post on a credit report. Otherwise anyone paying for their reporting services could fax, mail or email in a fraudulent account. I demanded to see verifiable proof ( original consumer contract with my signature ) for the accounts listed below. I also let them know that I have been hindered in obtaining credit because of these inaccurate fraudulent accounts and under the FCRA, the accounts must be removed. Accounts to be removed immediately. XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX CU XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX.They have not complied with the law or furnished any documentation with my signature as proof that these items belong to me. Delete this negative information from my consumer report. STOP using stall tactics. You have my permission and have been had my permission to look into these accounts which i what I instructed you to do in my formal complaint. YOU KEEP CHOOSING TO BREAK THE LAW. Ive sent multiple letter regarding me and me only which is XXXX XXXX. Your time is up by law and you have to delete these fraudulent negative items from my report that you should of been deleted.
