This is the 3rd time someone has used my card with Capital One Bank. With the first experience everything went smoothly but the second, they have refused to help all I receive was a letter stating your claim has been denied. I said this is ridiculous but I dont have the money to hire an attorney so I said let me call them again. They then said they dont find any error and I should contact the merchant. I refuse to because I know when I used my card and every transaction I do I can account for ( that was in XX/XX/2021 ). Yesterday, Im home, I know I had to move most of my money out because of fear that itll happen again and my bank will refuse to give me my money back. I have an upcoming storage payment where I previously transferred some money and left {$110.00} in the account and {$200.00} in savings only to see that someone has gotten a hold of my card again and this time there are 3 charges of {$30.00}, contacted my bank and agin the excuses started to pour in. This is unacceptable and I was told that theyre not going to pay my storage charge of {$110.00} when it comes in for processing. This is unacceptable and again I was told to contact the merchant and I attempted to but the number provided does not accept incoming calls. Now what?? Im out of $ XXXX.
