I just got correspondence back from Wise Loan, theyre stating that I had loan documents but this is not my signature, even if this is identity theft this isnt a contract that has my wet signature due to the FDCPA this document must be provided. Ill file an identity theft report with the police but this debt needs to be removed from all 3 of my credit reports immediately
