As a federally protected consumer My privacy has been willfully violated ( 15 USC 1692 ( a ). Receivables Performance Management LLC is attempting to collect a debt that has not been verified or authenticated by me. Further i have not given Receivables Performance Management LLC the access to have my personal information, nor contact me, 15 USC 1692c ( a ) Below are the violations i've due to the injuries they've caused me.
