I am making you aware of this because current law does not provide for egregious and damaging score reporting unsupported by statistical evidence. A years -long perfect credit history recently was marred by a mistake by an ex spouse still with an open shared account for which she is responsible. The resulting delinquency resulted in a FICO drop of over 100 points. There can not possibly be any statistical or actuarial evidence that this represents actual credit risk. I intend to file against the credit reporting companies regarding this if it's not corrected, and want you to note this is an XXXX. ======================================================
