I am a victim of identity theft and I believe the culprit is my ex-girlfriend and mother of my children. Our relationship was very toxic so I moved out of our home and moved in with my parents while I stabilize because I can not afford two leases and since my move it seems like she has started using my credit without my permission. I don't want her to go to jail but clearly she doesn't understand how damaging this has been to my credit. There are several inquiries reporting on my credit report I don't recognize and I firmly believe she has been continuing to acquire credit in my name.
