XXXX CONTINUES to bully us regarding our vehicle loan. Today, XX/XX/21, I received an alert that the status of 2 payments from MONTHS ago have changed AGAIN. They were delinquent, then current, and then changed to delinquent AGAIN. They CONSTANTLY do this. They are CONSTANTLY intimidating us. They are CONSTANTLY bullying us. Its almost XXXX. We have been trying relentlessly to transfer our loan elsewhere due to their constant unprofessionalism and disrespect. They know theyre damaging our credit by changing payment histories for the SAME 2 MONTHS over and over. We are tired of it!
