Ive sent letters to XXXX XXXX XXXX and Credence Resource Management ( XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX + XXXX of XXXX ) asking them for proof of original contracts with my signatures showing where I agreed that I was liable for the debt they are attempting to collect. To no avail, I spoke with representatives from both agencies XXXX XXXX at XXXX and several reps with American names to avoid any personal legal action against them but it is clear these individuals are from XXXX, names like XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, and XXXX XXXX at XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX regarding debts I was informed I owed and after sending out letters on the same day XX/XX/XXXX - same day of phone call, again I was met with a copy of a bill and balance from both agencies ( two different creditors one being XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Credit Card - {$470.00} and the other XXXX - {$630.00} ) but no documents, paperwork, or contracts with my signatures or proof showing where I am legally responsible for the debt owed or proof that it is in fact my debt. Ive also sent letters to XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX asking them remove this incorrect, inaccurate information but they are still reporting this information. I filed a complaint with the FTC to report these accounts that dont belong to me XX/XX/XXXX and still this negative information is reporting and is preventing me from securing new lines of credit, employment and housing opportunities. I really am trying to avoid a legal suit but feel like this may be my only recourse.
