On XX/XX/XXXX, I went online to order my free annual credit reports from all 3 reporting agencies, Equifax, XXXX and XXXX XXXX at XXXX. I was able to print out the reports from all 3 agencies. However, on XX/XX/XXXX, I went online again, as I have done every year, to XXXX to get my reports. I was successful with getting my reports only from XXXX and XXXX. When I put in all my personal information to see my Equifax report, the response I received was " BASED ON THE INFORMATION PROVIDED, WE ARE UNABLE TO VERIFY YOUR IDENTITY. '' This is the first time I ever had a problem with ANY credit reporting agency, including Equifax. My personal information has been the same for many years, and I can see no logical reason for Equifax 's response. I called Equifax at XXXX but was never able to reach a LIVE person, only their automated service. I would be interested if others are having this same issue with Equifax.
