Equifax is reporting unverified inaccurate bankruptcy on my credit report claiming the information was verified by data furnisher XXXX. So I went to XXXX directly to verify and as a result of there investigation, they are not showing any bankruptcy on there files. I sent the results of the investigation to Equifax numerous times to show there is no bankruptcy in my file with the data furnisher XXXX. Equifax responded on XX/XX/21 confirmation XXXX, XX/XX/21 confirmation # XXXX, and XX/XX/21 with confirmation # XXXX all saying the bankruptcy was verified as accurate. How can Equifax verify information that does not exist in there files as of XX/XX/21, letters enclosed? Equifax seems to not be verifying the letters sent or totally ignoring my request to delete the unverified bankruptcy from my report by just sending computer generated responses.
