XXXX recovery is stating on my credit report with transunion that I have an account opened with them on XX/XX/2021. It is a hospital bill. I have not been to ANY hospital for any reason in the last 2 and a half years, I have tried disputing with transunion for the SOLE purpose of getting this illegal re-aging fixed to the correct date of delenquency and they refuse to correct it. From my understanding reporting newer dates than are accurate are illegal and allows them to latch onto my credit report for longer which is the tactic they are using. I would like and investigation into both XXXX recovery for re-aging practices and Transunion for not correcting them. There is absolutely no way they can provide documents with my signature or e signature dated with the dates that they give, unless they are also committing forgery.
