This is my sixth attempt contacting the credit bureaus they have simply failed to uphold the law. All in all, they have ignored my request to provide me with the documents that they have in their files that were used to verify the disputed accounts which means that they have NOT verified or can not verify any of these accounts and under Section 611 ( 5 ) ( A ) of the FCRA they are required to promptly delete all information which can not be verified. This law is as clear as daylight as to the Civil liability and the remedy available to me for negligent noncompliance ( Section 617 ) if you fail to comply with this Federal Law. I am a litigious consumer and fully intend on pursuing litigation in this matter to enforce my rights under the FCRA. The investigation has taken longer than 30 days they have they have Failed to respond satisfactorily within 4 days of receipt of this under Section 605B. I have filed reports with my local police department, FTC, State Attorney General, and the CFPB. This identity theft has destroyed my life and stopped me from purchasing a home I have worked so hard for my son and I.
