I traded in an existing Honda lease a year early to get into a new vehicle. Honda Financial told me that I would receive letters in the mail explaining how to create a new account fo the new leased car. I did not receive any email, phone call or mail correspondence. I received a phone call on XX/XX/2021 stating that I was 3 months delinquent on payment. I paid the unpaid payments over the phone that day. The representative on the phone with Honda Financial stated that they had an incorrect address in their system. I am in perfect standing with every payment my entire life. Due to Honda Financial 's error, My credit score has dropped by 100 points. I should not be penalised for this mistake. Please help, thank you!
