The Contract for my Loan says 18 payments of {$81.00}, and then 240 payments of {$180.00}. I have been paying according to the contract terms. The Company charged me a Late Fee in XXXX because their system is unable to support my payments that I am paying early. They consider me LATE because i am paying ahead of time. They need to count the payments that I've made & then count the months so they can see i am NOT LATE. I was on the phone today trying to explain this to XXXX the manager at extension XXXX but he has no idea what he is doing. He said i am considered Late. I told him to read the legal document, the Contract so he can see that i am ahead of schedule and not late.
