XXXX XXXX XXXX is in accurately reporting a timeshare account as a conventional mortgage. Because of this error my husband and I are unable to secure a traditional mortgage. Please update the account type/category and remarks to reflect that the account is a time-share and NOT a mortgage. We tried disputing through the CFPB but was unsuccessful because this company is not listed in their data base.
