The property sold in early XXXX so we no longer had possession of property we went to get a loan 4 months ago and they ran my credit and said we have a 90day late payment from wellsfargo in XXXX I called and they said they would take care of it we talked to a lender yesterday XX/XX/XXXX and he said he pulled credit and it now shows two 90 day late payments one from XXXX and one on XX/XX/XXXX so it is crashing my credit i called and they say they will fix it but there now is two instead of one and its stopping me from buying a house. It is reflecting on my credit bad.
