The consumer reporting agency constantly keeps misplacing my identity theft reports. I have sent it 3 times by mail and each time I call and ask if they received it they say no they can not find it in the system. Then they direct me to send it again I am already dealing with identity theft why would I want to keep send my personal documents through mail if it is constantly being misplaced. The mailing system is not that incompetant. This is absurd, and then they refuse to remove these fraudulent inquiries on my report because they say that they need the identity theft report on file. How many times do I have to keep wasting money sending it to the, if they keep misplacing my documents. The last time I called the representative hung up on me. Since when can you hang up on a consumer? Who is going to be held responsible for misplacing my documents? I am stressed out by this it is such an inconvenience. These fraudulent inquiries need to be removed immediately so that I can move on with my life.
