I am a consumer, the original creditor. On XX/XX/2020, I the original creditor according to 15 USC 1692a ( 4 ), extended credit to my loan company, Alliant Credit Union at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, IL. XXXX, in the amount of XXXX for an auto loan, but with their fees and total, the credit union agency is charging me {$53000.00}. According to XXXX5 USC 1605 ( a ), the finance charge is the sum of all, so my car insurance, gap insurance was not included in the finance charge ( sum of all ). I requested a copy from Alliant Credit Union of my auto contract, Exhibit C, which is totally different than what I have from the day of the actual transaction, shown in exhibit D. The interest rate, the total amount is all different. This is FRAUD on all levels. Alliant Credit Union operates under the Truth and Lending Act, so why wasn't I not informed that they took my unlimited credit card to the federal reserve and was already paid in full. Not only was they paid in full, but they are coming after me for monthly payments. This auto loan is being reported on my credit report unlawfully without my consent. I am disputing this transaction because Alliant Credit Union not only stole from me but my reputation is totally ruined. I have included a affidavit of truth citing all XXXX violations, and also included an invoice, as well as a cease and desist stating what is needed. This is totally a complete violation of 18 USC 1028A. I also will include a copy of documents used and or exhibits in this report and also a copy mailed upon certified mail.
