I recently noticed an inquiry on my credit profile from Ally Financial. Ive never applied for any loan with them. Ive contacted the company directly 4 times asking them to remove this inquiry but they just give me the run around. Theyre not able to verify that I applied. I asked them to provide the IP address for the computer/mobile device used the day of the alleged inquiry from me and they were unable to provide one. Remove this erroneous inquiry from the credit bureaus immediately.
