After having difficulty getting a cosigner release form from Firstmark, I filed complaint # XXXX as they would not respond to me. They did provide a release form in their response to you but never sent it to me. On XX/XX/XXXX I sent them a completed application and the requested paystubs. The form requests my permanent address, not my mailing address, which I provided. My mailing address is listed on my paystubs as it needs to be to receive my paycheck. XX/XX/XXXX, Firstmark denied my application because the permanent address provided does not match my mailing address. My mailing address is also the only one they have on my account.
