On XX/XX/XXXX I sent Equifax a " Method of Verification '' request regarding the alleged bankruptcy they have on my credit report. On XX/XX/XXXX Equifax sent me the results of their supposed verification and claim they verified it as accurate from a third party source of XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX I sent Equifax copies of a letter from XXXX stating the bankruptcy in question was deleted from my report. I also sent a copy of the XXXX consumer report public records section showing NO bankruptcy. I asked Equifax to delete this from my credit report as it was not properly verified as they claimed. On XX/XX/XXXX Equifax again sent me another letter stating they again verified this bankruptcy through XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX I sent Equifax another follow up dispute again with the letter and consumer report from XXXX showing NO bankruptcy being reported, again I asked them to follow FCRA laws and DELETE this UN-VERIFIED bankruptcy. On XX/XX/XXXX Equifax sent me the same letter stating this bankruptcy was once again verified through XXXX, and also a letter stating they would not re-investigate this dispute.
