I am currently trying to send you a letter, which i have gotten notarized, copies made, ONGOING since XXXX, XXXX. However, each and everyday more issues arise. I have made an extreme amount of phone calls to each and every 3 credit report agencies. I have also begun writing them, handwritten for I do not have any internet access, nor do I have any email address due to absolute corrupt and extreme fraudulent activity being performed, as far back as XXXX, which includes each credit bureau. I have tried to inform them of such and have tried to repeatedly get a full file disclosure. All I receive is ANOTHER credit report, which shows 'no data ' as of XXXX to date. I have held onto the letter to you and to the FTC, the State Attorney General, etc., which enclosed a log from the date of discovery, to up to date the notices, the phone calls, the disregard by all credit bureaus. I am at a complete loss. And, although this makes no difference to the facts. I have a husband that is in stage XXXX of XXXX. These last 4 months have absolutely consumed my time. I came to a stop, enough to notice the decline that has taken and the necessary need for me to spend my time on. I am guilty of neglecting that and that is something for which I will have to live with. Anyway, the letter that was dated and notarized to you last month, I am hoping to go out to you and all other, what I call Big Boys, next week. AND, I am hanging on by the last thread, I hope to get some sort of response too, which involves resolving or assisting in this issue, which is not just a computer hack. It involves XXXX XXXX XXXX 's computer system, XXXX 's computer system, XXXX XXXX ( which is not XXXX ) computer system, XXXX 's computer system, XXXX XXXX system, along with any other account or system concerning, not only just me anymore ... ..my husband 's name as well. I have a police report, an ID Theft Affidavit, for which I have had pretty much no support from the police department. When you get my documents in hard copy you will see. The incident report has an incorrect home address, an incorrect type of how it was reported ( it was done in person, not by phone ), along with a forgery/fraud number. That is not what I reported. Then, went back to get what was only ready to be provided, which was a cover letter to be included with the report. This too, had incorrect information. It now showed identity theft, no sign of fraud. It also took almost two weeks to have a statement saying that I experienced personal information being stolen and had to shut down a few utility accounts. That was it. Then, waited over a week to pay XXXX for the actual police report. That, of which, consisted of nothing stating the actual issue, which is Identity Theft/Fraud .... only consisted of more incorrect information, along with the pure, obvious, fact that the Deputy was no where near even paying attention, nor taking any concern to the issue I went into him personally, along with a 40 page, hand written document of details, only to be completely disregarded ... .which has been the case in me sending him certified letters, as well as his supervisor certified letters in order to obtain an actual correct and valid police report and also to get the one page of the Identity Theft Affidavit Report signed by the same officer who has made this whole thing a joke. I have asked if I can file with another law enforcement office, for the XXXX one has proved useless. But, have been told I'm stuck with them. This is not only not fair ... .but unacceptable. My future and my present hang upon getting valid and concrete documentation from an office or an establishment other than my notes and what I have documented. I have gone above and beyond and have only been shut down, disregarded, pretty much pushed aside. This is what has happened in order to try to get any protection as to what has been going on, what is now discovered to be happening since XXXX. My personal information has been accessed. From first taking over tablets, for which I would access the internet at my sisters. That is, until getting internet access at my home XX/XX/XXXX, which was immediately taken over and controlled by remotely being accessed and for which, an external drive was created, all my emails were over taken, all of this unbeknownst to me until XX/XX/XXXX, when everything hit the fan. No longer could they use any of my devices. For all 3 tablets, a desktop ( completely wiped clean and newly installed operating system put in, only allowing them more equipment and space to collect and so forth ). I'm at the library now. Using there computer to attempt to notify you and let you know you will be getting a package from XXXX XXXX, along with documents, logs, and much other stuff I have accumulated and think it is important to have you advised of ... However, I am going to shoot to send it off certified mail to you and all the " Big Boys '' this coming week. Until then, please just note this somewhere. For I currently am in the most need to take care of my husband, for I should have noticed his declining way before now. So, as far as I'm concerned, if I am faced with issues that arise later down the line. I will do what I can to try to protect myself. But, my husband is more important now.
