On XX/XX/2021 I sent a letter to the credit bureau 's to notify them that there are some inaccurate addresses on the credit bureau 's credit reports. This is well over 30 days ago and I am unsure why this fraudulent inaccurate information has not been removed from my credit report yet. This is also causing an issue because there are two companies stating that I owe money on accounts I have not opened. I sent the bureaus an identity theft affidavit, identification, and proof of address yet these inaccuracies continue to report. Please see the attached affidavit and letters sent to each of the credit bureau 's
