My mortgage loan was transferred to the company to be serviced. I called them countless times to fix the website so I can login to make payments and view my account. They do not fix it and only allow me to pay over the phone and always ask for my full social security number over the phone. Ive asked them countless time to send a statement of what my balance is and history of payments. I dont get any billing statements either so Im not sure what the account or loan number is.
