I had a bankruptcy on my credit report. All the information was totally incorrect including the spelling of my name and birthday. I wrote the credit berueas. All three say that they got this information from XXXX XXXX and is valid. I wrote lexis XXXX and they sent this attached letter stating that this and other items are no longer on my report. I just got a letter today from Experian stating that they contacted XXXX XXXX and they said the Bankrupcy was valid. This is clearly fabricated. I would like them to remove this from my credit because it's not valid and totally against my rights. I attached letters from XXXX XXXX And Experian. XXXX XXXX and XXXX sent me email notifications that the bancrupcy was valid.
