I emailed Navient two months ago about taking my loans out of forbarrence. They did not. I'm also concerned that they steered my loans into forbarrence without giving me the knowledge of what it was and what it means. I simply want to pay off my student debt it doesn't matter if it takes me 10yrs I would like to see my student loans forgiven.
