I am presently in process of purchasing a home and my Lender came back to me asking for more information on properties that I " Own '' and I did not list on my application. I was told that they appeared on a " XXXX report ''. The property addresses are XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX FL XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX. Like so many others I got caught in the XXXX crash and, unlike so many others, maintained my properties through the short sale process. I successfully negotiated short sales transactions with No Deficiencies on both of these properties. Am attaching a copy of the XXXX report dated XXXX. For whatever reason the short sales at XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX that were completed on XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX respectively continue to be reported resulting in a High probability of loss due to fraud. I NEVER engaged in fraud or deception with any lender prior to, during, or after the XXXX Crash. Nor will I do so moving forward. This is old and outdated information. I survived the 7 years it took to get these off my credit report. Now it is many years past those 7 years and this is still being used unfavorably. I continue to be damaged as a result of this illegal and unethical reporting. Please get this information removed from the XXXX system at the earliest possible time.
