ll disputed ATM withdrawals are duplicates of earlier transactions and have disparate authorize and post dates, given which I suspect they are not even ATM transactions at all and are rather fraudulent transfers affected online. Review of the ATM camera footage will evidence that none of the withdrawals were made by me and likely also the fact that the debits are not ATM transactions. Review of the daily log from the actual ATM would be helpful as well. In terms of the overdraft fees, none of those listed are legitimate because either the referenced transaction did not cause a negative account balance or was unauthorized. Moreover, XXXX payments can not even be made without sufficient funds in the account to cover the transaction making it an impossibility for either listed XXXX payment to have caused an overdraft and therefore fee.
