On the first week of XX/XX/2021 i sent out a debt validation letter and i still have not received a response. According to 15 usc 1692g they were supposed to send validation within 5 days of receipt of this letter which they have not done. This is a violation of the FDCPA. Since they can not verify this ALLEDGED DEBT they are currently violating 15 U.S. Code 1692j by furnishing false and deceptive forms on my consumer report. They are also violating 15 U.S. Code 1692f by using unfair practices in trying to collect an ALLEDGED debt as well. This is also an alledged medical debt. By furnishing my consumer report with this, RS CLARK AND ASSOCIATE is violating HIPPA laws as well. I demand this be removed from all of my consumer reports and I demand for this company to stop trying to collect debts that they CLAIM are mine. They are violating many of my right so if not action is taken I will be seeking monetary remedy.
