I had a membership with XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. When the pandemic Covid-19 began due to hardship, I contacted XXXX XXXX and cancelled my membership. The theme park was also shutdown and I had not used my membership or been to the park for many months before then. A few weeks ago, I received a call from Associated Credit services trying to collect XXXX from me and have repeatedly been contacting me. I immediately contacted XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX who opened a case regarding this issue! Case # XXXX. I have yet to receive anything in writing from this collection agency in regards to this debt but several calls. They are supposed to send me in writing within 5 days of contacting me which they never did. I do not owe this, I cancelled my membership and believe this is Fraud and taking financial gain out of the situation.
