As stated in three prior CFPB complaints, last complaint marked as duplicate to avoid addressing, funds were not received from intercepted check issued by Capital One. This issue has been on going since XXXX of XXXX, unresolved to date. In order to attempt to resolve issue, I had to reach out to person ( s ) whom intercepted check, signed and cashed it, was given a bad check to compensate for stolen funds ... I explained this in prior CFPB complaints, Capital One rep by the name of XXXX attempted to refer me back to person whom is no longer able to reach, also not my responsibility to do so. A XXXX then replied by referring to a previous statement made by me which states, : I was able to obtain funds from person '' or similar thereof ... As stated above, the check is bad, did not clear, no funds received.. The amount of is {$4200.00}, I am owed this amount by Capital One. Complaints marked as duplicate when they are not will be resubmitted, investigated by CFPB
