I tried to place a freeze on my Experian report and the website asked me some public record questions for security. I didn't recognize two of them but it said i answered them incorrectly. When i called the Experian contact us phone number ( XXXX ) on the website their system is setup to prevent consumers from reaching customers service. This is very obvious when you try every option and are still unable to reach a representative. Online will not work forme, since they want me to verify the inaccurate information they have on file. Even the IRS has a callback wait list option. Please try to reach them yourself to verify this scenario. I don't understand how they are trusted with such an important task and they have such a poor customer service interface. Now i have no way to correct this inaccurate information. Please help advise me as to who supervises their management of public information.
