Yes my interest rate is 13.5 % yes I do not have great credit but during the covid they did not work with me at all zero that just kept threatening to take my house they wouldn't give me a forbearance they wouldn't do anything and during my divorce 17 years ago I did get the extended payments so they set up got all those so I couldn't get that there's nothing that they would do to help me during covet I have XXXX and I take XXXX and I'm still making my payments when my social security check I get behind and they harass me to know in the company is Vanderbilt mortgage they are awful the worst company and I've talked to other people that's actually not even behind like I am and they're like 15 days late and they start harassing them they would not help me at all nothing zero ok
