About XXXX of XXXX I was a victim of identity theft. My credit was damaged by false information submitted by the perpetrator of identity theft and accepted as true by Clarity Services, XXXX. XXXX XXXX, XXXX, FL XXXX. Clarity could easily have determined the information they reported was fraud and false but did not properly investigate and gave me a credit rating of XXXX when the other 3 consumer credit bureaus had my scores at XXXX and above. I don't understand why Clarity accepted the fraudulent information given to them by an identity thief using my name, address, phone number ( also gave a false phone number in a different zip code from my address ), email, and possibly social security number. I did a personal investigation and then turned the matter over to the XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX, which still has an ongoing investigation : Case # XXXX. There were other instances of fraud against me but my complaint here is against Clarity, who damaged my credit with XXXX, XXXX & XXXX XXXX XXXX. I was able through a lot of effort to recover my credit rating and then placed a freeze on my accounts. I have an account with CFPB that I submitted on behalf of my son 's credit ( XXXX XXXX ) on an entirely different matter. I am attaching documents in this matter which were prepared a little over a year ago and are part of a large file. In the interest of economy I am attaching selected documents which I believe are relevant. If needed, I can provide more information.
