I DISPUTED ON XX/XX/2021 TO THE BUREAUS ABOUT ACCOUNTS THAT ARE NOT IN THE CHARGE OFF STATUS AND TO BE VERIFIED WITH ALL PROOF SENT TO ME OF THE VERIFIACTION PROCESS ALSO ONE ACCOUNT THAT I WAS NEVER LATE ON. IT IS DETAILED IN THE LETTER ENCLOSED. MY PROBLEM IS, 2 TIMES NOW THEY FAILED TO ABIDE BY THE LAW.. SO NOW THE MUST DELETE ACCOUNTS IN QUESTION SINCE THEY ARE IN VIOLATION OF THE STATUES LISTED BELOW. YOU DID NOT SUPPLY ALL OF THE INFORMATION PREVIUOSLY ASKED FOR ACCORDING TO F.C.R.A. 611 ( a ) ( 7 ) in a timely manner, 30 days as detailed in several laws, including but not limited to the Fair Credit Reporting Act, I must immediately demand the permanent removal of these item from my credit report. I AM ENCLOSING THE 1ST DISPUTE LETTER WHICH ASKED FOR A COMPLETE DETAILED INFORMATION FROM SOURCES YOU USED TO VERIFY MY DISPUTE. YOU FAILED AND ARE NON- COMPLIANT SO YOU MUST NOW DELETE ALL INFORMATION IN THE FIRST AND SECOND LETTERS ATTACHED.
