On XX/XX/XXXX I received a statement which indicated that both accounts are settled and XXXX $ I found a record on credit bureaus that negatively impacts me. Settling with the creditor who filed it against me was not successful. As of today, on XX/XX/XXXX I called at the number in the statement XXXX and spoke with XXXX XXXX who was unable to locate my information. She was unable to locate my profile. She suggested to submit all paperwork I have to locate my information and proceed from there. I called XXXX to ask about the negative record removal but they claimed they can not and would not do removal and suggested to file complaint with you.
