We made timely electronic payments through XXXX XXXX Mortgage Companys website. They were posted timely on our XXXX XXXX Account. They have repeatedly charged us late fees and reported that we were 30 days late in XX/XX/2021 causing our FICO to drop over 50 points. We reached out to them and tried to resolve this issue. The sent a letter claiming they are correct. We sent them, XXXX and Transunion a copy of our XXXX XXXX statement showing we have consistently paid timely. They still have not fixed their errors. They also have numerous complaints against them on XXXX XXXX
