The account is under XXXX XXXX who is the collection agency but the original creditor is XXXX XXXX. I disputed this debt twice with Experian only for them to just update that it was verified but not providing me any other information. The amount XXXX XXXX ( see attached statement the rep showed me ) is a different amount that was is being reported. I don't even know of what the charges are for. I reached out directly on XX/XX/21 to XXXX XXXX to try to obtain a copy of the original agreement and itemized bill so I could see what what the charges are, if my insurance covered and what late fees they charged and what I may be responsible for. XXXX XXXX was recently involved in a class action settlement ( will attach email sent to me XXXX that they overcharged patients late fees. I wanted to take a look at the statement because I know there will need to be an adjustment to what I was charged. While on the phone with the representative at XXXX XXXX, he was very rude and said he could not provide me any information and I would need to talk to XXXX XXXX and before I could say anything he immediately ended the call. I was transferred to XXXX XXXX where I spoke with a representative, XXXX, who said he would try to locate the itemized bill to send to me but if XXXX XXXX wouldn't provide it how would he? My biggest issue is I was never notified of this debt properly. The amount being report is different from what XXXX XXXX is saying I owe. He gave me information to log in to see what they are reporting. Again, the original creditor, XXXX XXXX, would not even provide me with the copies of the bill with a breakdown of services and contract to properly validate this debt and I was a direct patient of theirs. I was never provided notice of this collection account which is directly violation of my FCRA and HIPAA rights. Experian is reporting this account as accurate and validated when the original creditor wont even provide me with any copies of anything. I am planning to sue them and furthermore this is just very frustrating and disappointing when I have been able to successfully have this removed from the other two credit bureaus for this same reason of not being able to properly verify that this is my debt the correct amounts, etc.
